When, in an attempt to stop the spread of COVID-19, Kazakhstan introduced a state of emergency on 16 March 2020, many of the state authorities ceased physical operations and began to transition to the provision of state services electronically, including through the government website - eGov.kz. The following is a brief overview of the new services that can be obtained through the eGov.kz website.
