Deloitte CIS Announces New Partner Appointments

Denis Lipov leads the Deloitte CIS Cyber Risk practice aimed at using innovative technology potential through an increase in the level of security and reliability of automated business processes. Denis has more than 14 years of experience in such areas as information technology, the assessment of information systems and the improvement of automated business processes. He is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA), a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Denis graduated from the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics of the Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Svetlana Borisova is a Deloitte Private leader. She has gained extensive experience in the implementation of comprehensive projects for major Russian and international companies, as well as for private companies and family offices. She has over 17 years of experience in accounting and taxation, including 13 years of experience with Deloitte. Jointly with her team, Svetlana is engaged in providing solutions in accounting, tax compliance, consulting and methodological support for tax and accounting issues. She also takes part in deoffshorisation engagements. She has a degree in economics, and is a member of the Russian Institute of Professional Accountants.

Alexander Ilyin leads the SAP Innovative Solutions practice. He is focused on providing services to energy and resources companies. Alexander has over fifteen years of business transformation and SAP implementation experience. He has experience in managing large programmes and projects, including SAP implementation, smooth implementation on the basis of business processes modelling (BPM), development of recommendations on building support services, assessment of the economic effects from the implementation, design of control systems, analysis of internal regulations, and KPI system development. Alexander holds a PMP certificate. He graduated from the Academy of Finance under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in finance and credit.
