Electronic document flow, both internally and in supplier relations, helps companies operate with minimum costs and resources. Kazakhstan law provides a definition of electronic documents and electronic document flow and recognises a document created electronically and signed using a digital signature as an original. Electronic document flow within a company may be managed using a range of data systems and means of identification, while the same systems with external suppliers make use of special platforms giving both parties the right to create and sign documents electronically.
