Business without borders or how to continue working with foreign nationals and avoid any risks

By virtue of the nationwide restrictions on movement, the suspension of work permits and visas, a number of people on business trips or business visitors have been left “in transit” and a number of projects “open”, and whose completion are dependent on qualified staff. The current situation needs to be resolved, and requires significant changes to future work schedules. And with this in mind, we are pleased to be able to offer:

  • an analysis of your situation and proposals with specific solutions, including with respect to staff who have been forced to remain in Kazakhstan; and staff who have not been able to enter Kazakhstan
  • an analysis of staff hiring issues, including business trip and service agreements
  • an analysis of possible consequences and ways to resolve them
