Changes to rules for calculating Kazakhstan export duties on oil and petroleum products

In this alert we would like to inform you that Order of the Acting Kazakhstan Minister of Trade and Integration No. 311- НҚ from 14 August 2023 (the “Order”) has amended Order of the Kazakhstan Minister of the National Economy No. 81 from 17 February 2016 On the Approval of a List of Goods Subject to Export Customs Duties, Rates and Validity Periods, and Rules for Calculating Export Customs Duties on Crude Oil and Petroleum Products.
