CFC diagnostics 2016
Following recent changes to the legislation on controlled foreign companies (CFCs), Deloitte has updated our free online CFC diagnostics tool. The tool now offers diagnostics for a wider range of users, including both individuals and legal entities, and is available in both English and Russian.
Answer a series of questions to determine the extent to which the legislation on CFCs affects your activities as an individual or a legal entity in 2016, as well as what steps to take in the immediate future if you face the risk of being recognised as a controlling person/entity. The preliminary analysis provided by the tool can be expanded by Deloitte experts on request with more detail regarding your particular situation.
