Aigul Abdiyeva

Aigul has 10 years’ experience in human resources. Before joining Deloitte, she worked for an international manufacturing company and a company providing engineering and consulting services in Kazakhstan. Aigul holds a master’s, which she earned in Almaty working for a company based out of Munich.

Aigul has extensive experience in many aspects of human resources such as hiring, administration in line with Kazakhstan labour law, compensation and benefits, staff training and motivation, as well as the process for hiring foreign nationals in Kazakhstan.
