Andrei Nagurnyi

Andrei heads financial advisory in the Caspian Region, which incorporates valuation, financial modelling and business plans, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring.
He has been working in corporate financing for over 15 years, and since 2008 has been working in Moscow for the Big Four on a number of debt restructuring and financial modelling projects. He spent time from 2015 in the London practice of a Big Four firm, focusing on financial and operational restructuring projects. He has been based in Central Asia since 2018, working major clients in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
Andrei holds an ACCA qualification, an independent appraiser’s license and has been professor in the Russian Economic School for over a decade.
