We want everyone at Deloitte Luxembourg to feel they can be themselves at work—to have a voice, be respected and to reach their goals, regardless of their ethnicity, gender, sexuality or any other characteristic.
Deloitte Luxembourg launched its LGBT+ and Allies Network GLOBE in May 2020 with the aim of celebrating diversity with pride and providing a platform for the LGBT+ community and beyond. GLOBE Luxembourg will work with stakeholders to ensure, maintain and better even further our avant-garde business processes, whether it be recruitment, progression or retention of our LGBTI+ talents. GLOBE is a community where all members of staff, identifying as LGBT+ or not, can come together to discuss initiatives, organize events, talk to our ambassadors, in order to make Deloitte an even more inclusive and diverse workplace.

Luxembourg Pride 2022
Deloitte was very well represented at this year's Equality March in Esch! This was the first year that Deloitte Luxembourg was an official sponsor of this annual event which is part of Luxembourg's Pride Week celebrations.
A group of more than 30 energetic and festive colleagues participated in the march and made us proud. A huge thank you to our all our GLOBErs who made this such an unforgettable event.

Through this mosaic, we illustrate the fact at Deloitte Luxembourg that we can all be ambassadors of diversity, tolerance and openness every day and everywhere. Only then will we truly be stronger together, as a firm, as a community, and as a society. We believe in the power of “allyship”; members of the GLOBE initiative who support the rights and wellbeing of their LGBT+ colleagues Allyship is not just passive support, but part of our everyday actions—visibly and vocally supporting LGBT+ people inside and outside of Deloitte.

At Deloitte, we want everyone to feel they can be themselves at work, without fear of discrimination or prejudice. We want our LGBT+ people to feel confident in being who they are and empowered to thrive within Deloitte and within the societies Deloitte serves.
Deloitte has proudly endorsed the UN’s Standards of Conduct for Business in Tackling Discrimination against LGBT+ people (the UN Standards) and is taking actions to further LGBT+ inclusion aligned with core areas of these standards. In line with the UN standard to act in the public sphere, Deloitte is also proud to be a member of the Partnership for Global LGBT+ Equality.
Deloitte Luxembourg has taken concrete actions in favor of including LGBT+ colleagues and ensuring that they feel safe throughout their career.
Workplace Pride Global Benchmark 2022 Top Scorer (Global)
Deloitte was named the top rank of "Advocate" by the Workplace Pride's 2022 annual Global Benchmark, scoring higher than 90% on the Workplace Pride Global Benchmark survey. The title of "Advocate" is given to organizations that are breaking new ground for LGB+I inclusion in their activities around the world and setting the tone for change beyond the workplace in society at large. Workplace Pride's 2022 annual Global Benchmark names organizations who have shown outstanding performance, indicating true milestones for LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace.
LGBT+ Inclusion @ Work 2022: A Global Outlook
Deloitte‘s inaugural LGBT+ Inclusion @ Work: A Global Outlook survey aims to better understand the experiences of LGBT+ employees in the workplace. The pulse survey identifies leading practices that support LGBT+ inclusion at work, barriers to inclusion and the importance of a truly inclusive ‘everyday’ culture when it comes to LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace.
