IFRS Carousel

The IFRS Carousel is a flexible live IFRS training program with a curriculum covering a panoply of IFRS topics as applicable to different sectors. It is designed to equip you with the required knowledge to deal with recent accounting changes and provide you with an overview and an understanding of already existing accounting standards.

Two new sessions have been added to the curriculum: a dedicated session on Covid-19 related impacts from an IFRS perspective and a session on climate change and their impacts on financial statements.

Registration will be available for one or more session(s) or for the full program. You are welcome to select as many IFRS training sessions as you would like to attend. Each session covers a different set of topics.
The IFRS training sessions are held in English.

Below is an overview of the curriculum proposed for the IFRS Carousel. Registration for the sessions to be organised in March 2021 will be open at the beginning of February 2021.

Once you have registered, you will receive a link to each webinar chosen in a confirmation email a few days ahead of the event.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation from the participant should be communicated in writing at the latest 2 weeks before the event. Thereafter, full fees will be invoiced. Substitution of one participant by another within the same company is possible and can be done at any time upon written notice.

For organizational purposes or in case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel training events. In such cases, participants will be advised at the latest five business days before the event.

IFRS online e-learnings

Deloitte has developed high quality e-learning modules on IFRS, which are available to download free.

The modules may be used and distributed freely by those registering with the IFRS online training site, without alteration from the original form and subject to the terms of the Deloitte copyright over the material.

Lunch & Learn

Deloitte Luxembourg regularly organises free learning sessions during lunch time which offers you the possibility to get updates on the current IFRS developments.The purpose of this session is a combination of a lunch meeting with people from different industry background to discuss on IFRS updates. Alternatively, Deloitte Luxembourg also organises lunch & learn training covering specific topics.

Registration to the lunch & learn sessions are free and the sessions are held in English.
