ITR conducts independent research underpinned by three pivotal components for finalising the firm rankings:

  • Client feedback: This is the most crucial part of the research, where feedback is gathered directly from clients who offer firsthand evaluations of the competencies and proficiency of the firms they have worked with.
  • Practical evidence: Under this process, ITR’s research teams gather, organise, and analyse the work of public and private practitioners.
  • Peer feedback: ITR collects the market’s perspective on the rankings through surveys and direct interviews with partners, directors, and managers.

This recognition underscores Deloitte’s unwavering dedication to excellence and proficiency in addressing clients’ critical tax concerns with clarity and confidence.
