6th Form Programme

Our 6th Form Programme puts you at the heart of our Deloitte community, surrounded by experts who can help you flourish.

This experience will help you grow, and it will also give you the chance to explore different business areas and see what types of projects really inspire you.  

It will also help you figure out your next steps after sixth form.

Eligibility

• 1^st and 2^nd Year 6^th Form

Entry requirements

• 6 'O' Levels including at least a grade 3 or C in English language and Maths.

• From your first year of studies, you'll have the opportunity to work during the winter months whilst studying, as well as in the summer months.
  
• There's flexibility to work at Deloitte on a schedule aligned to your lecture timetable, with time off during exam periods.
  
• Build your professional experience by working on real projects with client exposure.
  
• A structured learning journey.
• An allocated Buddy and Team Leader who will support your development and provide feedback on your performance.
• A chance to make an impact that matters by volunteering with the Deloitte Foundation.
• A great social life and an opportunity to join the Deloitte Student Network.
• Participation in team building activities and social events organised by Deloitte.
  
• The opportunity to join our ACCA programme on completion of your A levels or alternatively our Graduate Programme if you decide to pursue your studies at University of Malta.
  

In addition to the above, learn more about your journey with Deloitte as you progress through 6th Form.

• Make a team and take part in in the Junior Achievement Young Enterprise (JAYE) Company Programme sponsored by Deloitte.

• Participate in the Master Classes organised by JAYE in collaboration with Deloitte, focusing on Social Media.

• Present your ideas in the Business Plan competition, participate in the Trade Fair and take part in the final competition. Leaders for a day – JAYE.

• Soft Skills Journey kick off: Presentation and public speaking.
• Option to join the ACCA programme or Graduate Programme.
