Bernard Fenech

Bernard joined Deloitte Malta in 2008 after graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy (Hons) from the University of Malta. He currently works in the Tax Mergers & Acquisitions function on various advisory and compliance projects mainly relating to corporate groups’ shareholding and operational restructuring. In the past, he was highly involved with the firm’s Corporate Direct Tax Compliance team for a number of years.
