David Herrera

David is a Director in Deloitte Malta’s Risk Advisory practice. He predominantly advises banks, financial institutions and local businesses on matters relating to regulatory strategy, corporate governance, privacy risk and operational processes and controls. David also lectures decision-making for policy leaders for public policy students at the University of Malta.

Before joining Deloitte in 2017, David worked within the banking industry in the fields of regulatory compliance, client services and communications. David holds a Masters in Public Policy and previously worked as a political advisor within the Office of the Prime Minister.
