Edwina Cassar Pullicino

Edwina joined Deloitte Malta in 2019, within the Financial Advisory business, after reading for a Masters in Accountancy at the University of Malta.

Edwina has since been involved in a number of engagements within the corporate finance and M&A sphere, having advised clients on corporate restructuring, debt restructuring, feasibility assessments, capital raising, listing of instruments on the capital markets and both buy side and sell side M&As. Edwina has also been involved in a number of valuation engagements and cost-benefit analyses.
