Hala Halaseh

Hala joined Deloitte Digital in Malta in 2022, bringing with her 8 years of experience in the field of business operations & growth as well as digital transformation and digital governance. Prior to joining Deloitte, Hala worked at one of the largest software-as-a-service (SaaS) company in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) where she was working directly with C-level executives and board members to help digitize and modernize their governance practices by gathering requirements, proposing the right solutions, and creating an end-to-end customer journey that match their needs. She has also led large-scale implementation projects across various product offering while focusing on generating revenue through cross-sell and upsell.

At Deloitte, Hala works across multiple teams within the digital consulting function. Currently, she is leading the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) & Artificial Intelligence (AI) team to grow their market offering and enhance their project delivery. Additionally, Hala is focused on enhancing the client’s journey across different projects from CRM to HCM and others.

Hala has extensive international experience working with clients across the Middle East (UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Egypt, and Lebanon), United Kingdom, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta.
