Iniciativa para ampliar periodo aplicación reforma en materia de subcontratación

El senador Ricardo Monreal Ávila, integrante del Grupo Parlamentario de Morena, presentó una iniciativa de reforma la cual busca contar con un plazo adicional de treinta días del establecido al 1 de agosto.

Para que con dicho ajuste se puedan generar las condiciones necesarias que permitan ejecutar favorablemente la reforma, y permitirá que no se pierda el propósito al hacer posible el cumplimiento del propósito de las medidas fiscales, es decir, la propuesta busca ampliar el dicho plazo al 01 de septiembre y demás disposiciones al 2022.

Initiative to extend the period of application of the subcontracting reform

Senator Ricardo Monreal Ávila, member of the Parliamentary Group of Morena, presented a reform initiative which seeks to have an additional period of thirty days from the established to August 1, so that the necessary conditions can be generated that allow the reform to be executed favorably, and will allow the purpose not to be lost by making possible the fulfillment of the purpose of the fiscal measures, that is, the proposal seeks to extend the said deadline to September 1, and other provisions to 2022.
