Acuerdan reglas para subcontratación y utilidades, sigue la ruta legislativa

El Gobierno Federal firmó un acuerdo con la Iniciativa Privada y las Organizaciones Sindicales para avanzar en la propuesta de reglamentación de la subcontratación (outsourcing) e incluyeron igualmente un apartado para topar el pago de Utilidades a los trabajadores.

El documento establece seis principios básicos, incluyendo el señalamiento de un periodo de tres meses posteriores a la publicación de la reforma para que las empresas cumplan con la misma y con esto deberá seguirse el proceso legislativo correspondiente, destacando es este concluye el 30 de abril, y muy probablemente el gobierno de México busque tener concluido todo el proceso para promulgar la reforma el Primero de Mayo.

The Federal Government signed an agreement with the Private Initiative and Trade Union Organizations to advance the outsourcing proposal and included a section to meet the payment of profits to workers.

The document sets out six basic principles, including the pointing out of a period of three months after the publication of the reform for companies to comply with it and this should follow the corresponding legislative process, highlighting this concludes on April 30, and most likely the Mexican government seeks to have the entire process to enact the reform on May 1.
