El día 5 de noviembre de 2020 entró en vigor la nueva Ley de Propiedad Industrial publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 1 de julio de 2020.
La nueva Ley Federal de Protección a la Propiedad Industrial abroga a la Ley de la Propiedad Industrial publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 27 de junio de 1991.

On November 5, 2020 came into force the new Law of Industrial Property published on the Official Gazette of the Federation on July 1, 2020.
The new Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property abrogates the Industrial Property Law published in the Official Gazette on June 27, 1991.
