Amendments to the Federal Labor Law

As previously published, the Chamber of Deputies approved on April 16, 2019 the project to amend several provisions of the Federal Labor Law and sent the amendments project to the Senators Chamber, where such amendments where approved on April 29, 2019.

The amendments to the provisions of the Federal Labor Law, the Organization Law of the Federal Judicial Branch, the Federal Law for Public Defense, the National Workers Housing Fund Institute Law and the Social Security Law regarding labor justice, freedom of association and collective bargaining negotiation where published in the Federal Official Gazette on May 1, 2019.
