Our Deloitte coaches and financial partners work with applicants in a one-to-one lab to understand the company’s business, provide insights, and help them benchmark against some of the strongest and most progressive private companies in the world.

The lab is two hours long.
Post-lab we share the Best Managed framework and benchmarks, and the applicant insights. Applicants use this information to complete their Phase II and final application.
