Conduct is a lens into the culture of organisations, and it says a lot when conduct failings seem to be widespread across several jurisdictions, cutting across financial services organisations and involving both the retail and wholesale sides of business.

Claire Miller
FSI Risk Advisory Senior Manager,

Claire is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice in Singapore. With over 11 years of experience serving clients in the Banking & Securities sector, she advises both global and national firms on issues related to Risk Management, Report Automation, and Strategy Development. Her main area of focus is in providing Conduct Risk solutions to banks, whether in response to a specific regulatory or legal requirement, or as a preventative measure to proactively strengthen risk management capabilities.
Saiful Adli Aziz
FSI Risk Advisory Senior Manager,
Deloitte Malaysia
Saiful has 10 years of experience in the Insurance industry. He started off his career with the Central Bank of Malaysia (BNM) as an Actuarial Analyst in the Insurance Supervision Department. He was responsible to supervise the Insurance and Takaful industries covering both Life and Non-Life sectors, especially in Valuation, Pricing, Regulation and Risk Management (Capital and Operational).
Prior to joining Deloitte, he served as an Actuarial Analyst at Willis Towers Watson, specialising in Reinsurance Pricing and Optimisation. He was involved with clients across South East Asia, and is familiar with the different regulations and requirements of each territory.
Timothy Tham
Risk Analytics Partner,
Deloitte Australia
Tim specialises in providing analytics solutions across Risk Advisory in Australia and Southeast Asia. He has 17 years experience in both professional practice and industry, including 5 years in the UK delivering analytics and internal audit services to clients. Tim joined Deloitte in 2002 and has worked for the Deloitte Sydney and London practices, as well as within the industry for ING, Westpac, and CBA. Prior to returning to Deloitte, Tim ran the Risk Analytics practice for a professionals services firm in London. Tim provides analytics solutions across multiple risk disciplines specialising in conduct risk, predictive risk, financial crime, and operational risk. He is also responsible for the Deloitte analytics delivery centre in Manila.
