Given the rise of AML/CFT breaches in the financial services industry globally, there has been increasing demand and expectations from local regulators on the role of Internal Auditors for AML/CFT audit reviews.
This session is catered exclusively for bank internal auditors, to provide a better understanding of the latest AML/CFT trends and regulatory expectations on AML/CFT audit reviews. Our experts will also provide insights on how to build a holistic AML/CFT audit review.

Speakers
Leanne Low Shih Yuin
Financial Advisory (Forensic), Deloitte Malaysia
Leanne has more than 13 years of working experience in compliance management in the financial services industry covering unit trust, asset management, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism financing and regulatory financial compliance. She is currently the Money Laundering Risk Officer of Deloitte Malaysia.
Vivien Yap
Financial and Regulatory Risk Advisory, Deloitte Malaysia
Vivien has led multiple audits for large financial institutions, with extensive experience in the areas of compliance and regulatory risk. She specialises in AML/CFT implementation reviews, regulatory reporting validation and development of compliance frameworks for banks.
Bonnie Lee
Financial and Regulatory Risk Advisory, Deloitte Malaysia
Prior to joining Deloitte, Bonnie served at Bank Negara Malaysia as a bank supervisor. She has extensive experience in the areas of risk management and compliance, and was involved in the drafting of BNM guidelines.
