Mak Wai Kit

Wai Kit has over 13 years of experience in the public accounting practice, including 18 months spent with Deloitte San Francisco. His experiences also include advisory, debt raising exercises, digital bank applications and accounting standard implementation for banks, public companies and government linked companies.

He leads the innovation and analytics function for Audit & Assurance in Malaysia. As the audit innovation leader, he leads the deployment of innovation assets and analytics, transforms delivery experience, delivers insights and process flow improvements for clients to enable insight driven decision making.

He also assists clients to improve process flows using analytics, AI and automation to monetize inefficiencies and data and to enable an organization to make decisions based on data-based insights.

Wai Kit is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and member of CPA Australia.
