Ho Siew Kei

Siew Kei is an Executive Director of Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice and has more than 18 years of experience in risk and controls, serving mainly clients in the banking, insurance and entertainment industries. His key areas of expertise include cybersecurity maturity assessments and vulnerability assessment and cybersecurity internal audits.

He led and managed multiple vulnerability assessment engagements for financial institutions in Malaysia and Cambodia. The scope for these vulnerability assessments including external vulnerability assessments, internal vulnerability assessments, web application vulnerability assessments, mobile application vulnerability assessments, secure code reviews, wireless security assessments, network security architecture reviews and server, database and network device security configuration reviews.

Siew Kei also led and managed cybersecurity maturity assessments for companies under telecommunication industry, manufacturing industry, oil and gas, financial services institutions, which involve evaluating client’s current state cybersecurity capability maturity, benchmarking cybersecurity capability maturity to industry peers, developing target cybersecurity capability maturity, and recommending a roadmap for capability increases to one financial institution.
