Daniel is the Innovation Leader for Deloitte Norway, and the Coordinator for the Nordic initiative of Center for the Edge – a think-tank for research and perspectives on new corporate growth. Prior to this, he initiated a range of innovation activities within Deloitte Norway, and worked hands-on with increasing the sharing of knowledge and expertise between people and business units for six years through creating and scaling new solutions.
He financed parts of his five years of innovation management studies by creating and selling his custom-made multimedia jukeboxes, running a public innovation program for youth, and creating an unique web browser skin with over 220.000 active users worldwide. Daniel was an early participator in the "gig economy" by sharing and selling his designs, electronic music and applications online since 1996.
While achieving a BSc degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Daniel also attained a three year “KaosPilot” education – a business and design school, and startup lab. His Master’s degree in Learning in Complex Systems (Behavioral Economics) was finalized with a paper on "Making organizations innovative". Daniel also writes articles on innovation leadership and transformation.
