The Best Practice Award in the Public Sector

(Prémio Boas Pràticas no Sector Público)

The award that makes a difference

Since the origin of the initiative in 2002, the purpose of the award is to promote the sharing of knowledge between entities in similar situations, through the dissemination of projects that have improved the delivery of the State. The award aims to be recognised publicly, so all who assume the role of "Servants of the State", will work tenaciously on behalf of the citizen.

Throughout the seven editions, there were about 480 unsolicited applications, accepted by the jury, more than 150 distinct entities, such as organisations like the Direct Central Administration, Institutes, Educational Institutions, Health Care Providers, through the Regional Administration and Local Management.
