Luís Abreu is currently an Associate Partner in Portugal office, reallocated to Amsterdam office to act as TEE Head for NSE region.
With over 15 years of professional experience in TMT consulting, has participated in a wide variety of Telecommunications project such as implementation and optimization of telecommunications networks and services platforms, technical programs/projects management, strategic projects in telecommunications operators and utilities with telecommunications needs (economic and financial appraisals, business models, processes design and implementation in network engineering and operations areas, strategic plans for network evolution, notebooks implementation for network projects, etc.), in Portugal and abroad.
