Alexandra is a Partner with over 17 years of experience in Strategy & Operations Consulting and Risk Consulting in the financial sector.

Throughout her career, Alexandra has supported several clients in strategic, financial and regulatory risk management, through the definition of organizational models, the transformation required for the adoption of new relevant regulation (e.g. IFRS9, MiFID, FATCA) and the development and implementation of risk management methodologies and processes. In this context, he implemented solutions and tools to support these processes (e.g. impairment, scoring models, ICAAP, ILAAP, credit analysis and decision). Additionally, it has participated in asset valuation processes in the context of bank resolution and financial due-diligence.
