Lead Partner, Financial Services Portugal
Augusta Francisco is the lead Partner of the Financial Services (FS) business unit of Deloitte Portugal, which comprises all functions. She is also an Executive Committee member of the Portuguese firm.
Augusta is also responsible for the FS practice in Angola.
She has started and developed part of her career in audit and has been the engagement partner of several of the top 5 Portuguese banks and insurance companies. In recent years her role in audit has been more focused on quality control.
Besides the management functions she dedicates a significant part of her time to Deloitte banking and insurance clients under her role as LCSP.
