João leads the Energy, Resources & Industrials sectors in Portugal, for various service areas such as Consulting, Audit & Assurance, Tax, BPS, Financial Advisory.
João is also the leader of Products, Services, Utilities & Resources of Risk Advisory and coordinates simultaneously the practice of Enterprise Applications in Deloitte Portugal.
His professional activity covers areas such as integrated management of performance and management control models, design and implementation of risk management models, reorganization of purchasing areas and integrated logistics structures, and the implementation of business support ERPs.
João has assumed the overall coordination of several large projects and has also participated as a speaker at conferences and related seminars.
