Paulo Guilhoto
Tech Director
Paulo Guilhoto is Tech Director at Deloitte Portugal’s Consulting division in the Financial Services practice, with more than 16 years of experience. He is one of the leads of the Systems Integration group, part of the Technology Integration practice.
Along his career, Paulo led several transformation programs for large insurance companies, namely in Health and P&C, playing roles as Program Director, Head of PMO office and Head of Architecture, amongst others. On the banking side, he has been leading initiatives in the Open Banking and API Management areas.
Paulo has a strong background in systems integration, namely API management, and operational efficiency improvement initiatives, including intelligent process automation. He has also solid experience in data conversion projects, from strategy to delivery.
