He has a thorough experience leading big transformation projects such as the program management of a global transformation in a Scandinavian insurance company, where he led a team of 120 consultants.
In recent years, he has been developing projects in big companies in the insurance and banking sectors, together with Deloitte Canada and Deloitte US.
