Deloitte Romania leadership strengthens through the admission of three new partners

Deloitte Romania is proud to announce the regional partnership admission of three senior professionals with outstanding contributions in serving clients and developing teams: Ciprian Gavriliu, Tax Director, has been promoted to Partner in Deloitte Central Europe, while Georgiana Singurel and Andreea Artenie, currently Partners with Reff & Associates, have been elevated to Partners in Deloitte Legal Central Europe.

Georgiana Singurel | Partner Reff & Associates - Deloitte Legal

Having joined shortly after graduation, Georgiana has been a key contributor in an amazing journey from start-up to one of the largest, most successful law firms in the country. An outstanding lawyer, truly passionate about law and client service, exemplary in her dedication, a professional mentor for many, Georgiana has been a driver of innovation and expansion of capabilities in the practice. Georgiana currently heads the Corporate M&A practice at Reff & Associates dealing with complex transaction processes and group reorganizations. Since 2007 she has also been continuously involved as a contributor to specific regulations in the public procurement area and a trainer and legal expert in various projects for strengthening the administrative capacities of authorities for implementing PPP and concession projects in Romania.

Andreea Artenie | Partner Reff & Associates- Deloitte Legal

Andreea joined Deloitte more than three years ago as head of the litigation practice. Since she joined the firm, the revenues of the litigation practice quadrupled and the team grew to 17 lawyers, with many of the country’s leading companies becoming our clients. Andreea has a very sharp business focus, is genuinely client centric and keeps every team member close to heart. With more than 16 years of experience in administrative and tax litigation practice, large number of complex proceedings under coordination, the vast majority of which are tried successfully, Andreea is regarded as one of the leading experts in fiscal procedural law. Andreea and her team are also vastly experienced in commercial litigation and arbitration, public procurement and competition related litigation.

Ciprian Gavriliu | Tax Partner

Ciprian joined Deloitte upon graduation over 14 years ago and is a long-standing pillar of the Tax practice. As a young manager, he embraced the challenge of building the firm’s Transfer Pricing practice having delivered sustainable double-digit growth and creating career opportunities for his younger colleagues. During his career, Ciprian has assisted various Romanian or international private organizations to identify and manage successfully tax issues, especially with respect to transfer pricing.  Ciprian is a member of Romanian Chamber of Tax Advisors, member of the Romanian Chamber of the Chartered and Certified Accountants and member of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors. He is an active member of AmCham and the Foreign Investors Council (FIC) and contributes to changing the tax legislation in these forums.
