What are the main topics that young and future entrepreneurs in fields such as AI, decentralized finance (DeFi), infrastructure, payments, mobile or gaming should know? What are the main areas they should consider if they want to build a solid foundation for their business and ensure growth?
The fundamentals that are crucial for start-ups and for those who have an idea for a start-up are numerous and they include legal and tax aspects, cybersecurity, investment and crypto-related regulations to prevent money laundering:
- European regulations related to crypto-assets,
- intellectual property,
- data protection,
- taxes applicable to crypto and NFTs,
- employment,
- how to ensure cyber resilience,
- how to invest in digital and tech initiatives and monitor and evaluate the real benefits,
- risks related to money laundering and terrorism financing,
- international sanctions for businesses and individuals operating with crypto-assets.
All these topics will be addressed by Deloitte Romania and Reff & Associates | Deloitte Legal experts during the workshop dedicated to the XDay hackathon winners, which will include interactive sessions.
