With ever changing technologies, digital transformation is not only touching organizations and entire ecosystems, but also us individuals, IT professionals, in what we need to learn and how we need to adapt.

Ligia Dragan - Manager, Deloitte Technology

Ligia has over 10 years of experience in SAP Technical Consulting. She believes that the new SAP Technologies are a challenge for every SAP consultant but also a chance to innovate and bring higher value for clients and her career. Ligia will share what are the challenges for a SAP consultant and her insights gathered by working with different technologies.

Silvia Rad – Project Manager, Deloitte Technology

Silvia is a Project Manager, currently working in SAP implementation projects, following both Agile & Waterfall methodology. With almost 10 years of experience in the project management field, she will share her knowledge and insights gathered over the years. Silvia believes Agile is the art of adapting to change and innovation that empowers teams to work and deliver the product in faster, more flexible and continuously improving mode.

Adelina Onea – Consultant, Deloitte Technology

Adelina is an IT Consultant, working in the area of HR Transformation, implementing SAP Cloud Solutions. At the tender age of 27 and over 5 years of experience in this field, she will share her knowledge and insights gathered over the years. Adelina believes in the concept of wellbeing and a sound balance between career and personal life.
