10 years of business: boom, bust, the new normality
The event marks the 10th anniversary of Reff & Associates, the law firm representing the international network of law firms Deloitte Legal in Romania, and represents an opportunity to discuss the most important business events of the past decade and anticipate main trends for the next 10 years.
The Romanian business community along with the entire economy had to face dramatic changes over the past ten years and needed to adapt constantly. Ten years ago, Romania joined the European Union and the economy was booming. After three years, the global financial crisis hit Romania and the business was deeply affected by an unprecedented economic and investment contraction. After years of tough measures and adjustments, the economy entered a new cycle that may be called “the new normality”, a period of uncertainity, volatility, and slow investment growth.
Each stage of the past ten years has tought us valuable lessons. We will discuss these Wednesday, December 7, 2016, starting 9.30 a.m., at Hotel Athénée Palace Hilton, Le Diplomate Ballroom, during the event “10 years of business: boom, bust, the new normality”, together with prominent leaders of the business community, in an event jointly organized with Ziarul Financiar.
