EBA published top 3 resolution priorities for 2022

The European Banking Authority published the 2022 European Resolution Examination Programme (EREP), which sets out three key topics for resolution authorities to be considered when developing their 2022 priorities. The EREP is aimed at focusing greater attention on monitoring implementation, with a view to fostering greater convergence of resolution practices and informing the need for review/development of new regulatory products. The topics identified in the EREP are also for consideration in EU resolution colleges.
