EBA published top 5 supervisory priorities for 2022

On 12th of November, the European Banking Authority published the 2022 European Supervisory Examination Program (ESEP), which sets out five primary topics for supervisory attention to be considered in the upcoming year. The strategic dual aim of the ESEP is, on the one hand, to inform the planning processes of the competent authorities in terms of the adequate selection of supervisory priorities for 2022 and, on the other hand, to shape their practices concerning the supervision of the selected topics.
