NBR publishes remuneration and gender pay gap reporting order
On the 20th of April, the National Bank of Romania (NBR) published Order no. 4/2023 regarding banking employees’ remuneration and well as gender pay gap reporting, based on EBA’s Guideline 06/2022. The current order is applicable to credit institutions and sets the reporting standards in terms of personnel remuneration and gender pay gap situation. The NBR selects a pool of banks to take part in the reporting exercise based on specific criteria described in this alert and informs those of its decision by the 30th of April of the calendar year following the year for which the information must be collected.
