- Enter deep into the arsenal of tools with many practical exercises that show subtle, less well-known techniques that are used by professionals in the security field.
- Discuss how tools integrate with each other in the usual penetration test workflow. We analyze how we can chain together multiple tools in order to get the best and quickest result.
- Address common pitfalls in penetration tests and present simple and yet effective time-saving techniques in order to maximize the quality and delivery time of the results.
- Analyze various scanning tools and techniques in order to get accurate data about the targeted infrastructure the goal being to create a detailed map of operating systems, ports opened and services running
- Use the command line of the Linux and Windows operating systems in order to extract additional information used to eliminate false positives, to create persistence in the network and create pivots for lateral movement.
- Configure and use the Metasploit framework, scan, exploit and pivot through the network.
