Deloitte has the pleasure to invite you at the „Transfer pricing. Evolution and practical aspects” seminar, which will take place at Hotel Ramada Constanta (Mamaia Bulevard Sat Vacanta Area), in Constanta, starting with 9.00 a.m., on Novermber 8, 2018.
In the context of aligning the Romanian tax legislation to the latest international developments regarding the mandatory automatic exchange of information in the field of taxation ("Country-by-Country Reporting") started last year but also considering the pressure at the level of ANAF to increase efficiency of the fiscal inspection activity, in order to identify new fiscal risk areas, transfer pricing continues to be one of the main subjects investigated both at the level of the fiscal authorities and at the level of Romanian taxpayers part of national and multinational groups.
In this context, the Deloitte Transfer Pricing team aims to address these issues and identify their impact at the level of the Romanian taxpayer.

- Recent approaches of tax authorities - intensifying transfer prices audits and changing selection criteria;
- The practice of tax inspections on transfer pricing and pro-active approach on the preparation of transfer pricing documentation;

Speakers:
Bogdan Barbu – Director, Transfer Pricing, Deloitte Romania
Bogdan is a Director in the Tax Department of Deloitte specialized in Transfer Pricing and International Taxation and the leader of the “Industrial Products and Services, Chemicals and Specialty Materials” subindustry in Deloitte Romania.
Working with Deloitte since 2008 and having been part of numerous tax consultancy projects, Bogdan has valuable experience in providing services particularly in the area of transfer pricing to private organisations, part of Romanian or multinational groups of companies. His main focus is on the Industrial and Consumer products and Life Science and Healthcare industries.
Ioana Botez - Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing, Deloitte Romania
Ioana is a Senior Manager at Deloitte Romania, specialized in Transfer Pricing.
She has 12-year experience in advising local and multinational companies on transfer pricing, Romanian and international taxation. She also has an experience of more than 4 years in the accounting field. She has an extensive experience in preparing transfer pricing reports for clients activating in industries such as: Automotive, Wood and Furniture, Retail, Service Companies, Aircraft industry, etc.
Andreea Silvas - Senior Consultant, Transfer Pricing, Deloitte Romania
Andreea is a Senior Consultant in the Tax Department of Deloitte Romania, specialized on transfer pricing matters.
With a 4-year experience in the field of taxation, Andreea has been involved in a wide range of projects consisting of preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation, consulting for multinational and local business groups.
Her main focus is on providing transfer pricing advice to companies acting on various industries such as consumer products, retail, wholesale and distribution industry, financial services.
