In the context of Romania’s adherence to the OECD’s BEPS („Base erosion and profit shifting“) Implementation Forum, a series of normative acts were debated and adopted, concerning the alignment of the fiscal law in Romania with the latest evolutions at international level.

Deloitte Romania and Prahova Chamber of Commerce and Industry proposes to analyze through this event the impact of the transfer pricing documentation requirements which are expected following the implementation in the Romanian legislation of the EU Directive 2016 / 881 regarding the mandatory automatic exchange of information in the field of taxation - Country by Country reporting and issuance of the OECD Transfer pricing Guidelines in July 2017.

All these are meant to identify possible challenges and / or opportunities for your company.

Participation to this event is free of charge and access is granted by invitation and registration only. In order to actively address the variety of questions raised by the participants, the seminar will have a limited number of 30 participants. Speakers

Ioana Botez – Senior Manager, Tax department – Transfer Pricing, Deloitte Romania

Ioana is a Senior Manager at Deloitte Romania, specialized in Transfer Pricing.

She has 11-year experience in advising local and multinational companies on transfer pricing, Romanian and international taxation. She also has an experience of more than 4 years in the accounting field. She has an extensive experience in preparing transfer pricing reports for clients activating in industries such as: Automotive, Wood and Furniture, Retail, Service Companies, Aircraft industry, etc.

Ioana holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems and a Master degree in Business Administration.

She is a member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants. Currently she is attending the certificate stage in order to obtain the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT).

Georgiana Caprita – Senior Consultant, Tax department – Transfer Pricing, Deloitte Romania

Georgiana is a Senior Consultant in Deloitte Romania, specialized on transfer pricing matters. Georgiana has a 6-year experience in local corporate taxation and international taxation, with emphasis on transfer pricing. Her experience covers the preparation and review of transfer pricing files for clients activating in industries such as: banking and insurance, automotive, wood and furniture, retail (FMCG), agriculture, service companies, etc.

She graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies (ASE) of Bucharest, the Faculty of Commerce and holds a Master degree in Corporate Finance issued by the Faculty of Finance, Insurance, Banks and Stock Exchanges within ASE. Currently she is attending the certificate stage in order to obtain membership of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
