Marcus Williamson

Managing Director | Deloitte Technology Delivery Center

Marcus is a Partner in Deloitte’s banking and technology practices. He has over 25 years of consulting experience predominantly focused on major programme delivery in the Financial Services sector. He currently plays three key roles in the business:

  • Managing Director of Deloitte’s Technology Delivery Centre in Romania which is part of our Global Delivery Network of centres
  • With our banking clients, he concentrates on major business transformation programmes with a significant technology component and leads some of our largest digital and operational transformation engagements using modern technology and methods
  • He is the Lead Partner for one of our Retail Banking clients in the UK. He manages that relationship and represents all of Deloitte’s services.

Alina Chitu

Enterprise Technology & Performance (ETP) Lead & SAP Offering Lead

Alina is a Director in the Deloitte Technology Delivery Center based in Bucharest, leading the Enterprise Technology & Performance and SAP offerings. She has more than 25 years experience in the SAP business, playing key roles in complex, multinational implementation projects as consultant, team leader and project manager. Through the delivery of market-leading SAP solutions, she has built the SAP practice in the Center, and expanded this to include ServiceNow and Anaplan.

She supports clients and opportunities by delivering transformational projects utilising highly skilled practitioners, develops the strategy for ongoing capability development and capacity management, and drives team innovation and excellence. She also acts as QA partner/Delivery Director in clients SteerCo and Program Leadership teams.

Emilia Dumitrescu

Core Business Operations (CBO) & Customer and Marketing (C&M) Lead

Emilia brings 20 years of professional experience and has been with the Deloitte Technology Delivery Center since the business launched in Romania in 2016. She has led the C&M and CBO teams since November 2023, and prior to this was responsible for the AI & Data team.

She has tenured experience in helping organizations through their analytics transformation journey, and in delivering Data and Analytics solutions for clients. Through her early career as a data engineer, she has deep knowledge of data warehouses/ lakes/ hubs, information management, analytics, and performance management throughout the project life-cycle.

She also has expertise in building and running Delivery Centre teams, managing large-scale operations, optimizing delivery, and implementing People programs.

Andrei Daniel Ionescu

Strategy, Analytics and Mergers & Acquisitions (SAMA): Artificial Intelligence and Data (AI&D) and Human Capital Lead

Andrei has 17 years of professional experience and joined the Deloitte Technology Delivery Center in 2018. Since then, he has had a comprehensive range of responsibilities, including architect and technical lead, and trainer and assessor, primarily in agile projects for clients in the Banking, Retail, Energy, Insurance, and Public sectors. He has led the AI&D and Human Capital teams since November 2023.

He has a strong software developer background, specialising in the last 10 years in full cycle implementations of EDW, DataLake/Data Hub in Azure, focused on automation and reusability with in-depth experience with the Microsoft data stack (ADF, Synapse, Power BI, Azure Analysis Services), Snowflake and Databricks.

Radu Radocea

AI Insights & Engagement Market Offering Lead 

Radu is a seasoned professional with 25 years of deep expertise and passion for artificial intelligence, data, and analytics. He is dedicated to developing innovative solutions that drive enhanced business performance. 

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated excellence across a range of areas, including research and development, consulting, and service delivery. His core focus areas encompass business intelligence, data architecture, and artificial intelligence, where he has consistently translated complex challenges into impactful strategies. 

Radu's expertise spans a diverse set of disciplines, including Service Delivery Management, Information Architecture, Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and IT Consulting. He has supported clients across a wide range of industries, including Telecommunications, Government, Retail, Financial Services, and Consumer Goods, leveraging his knowledge to drive data-driven transformation and deliver measurable outcomes. 

Marius Popa

Data Modernization and Analytics Market Offering Lead

Marius is a creative, forward thinking, data domain architect with extensive experience in designing and delivering technology solutions in the analytics space with more than 14 years of experience. Expert on designing end-to-end data automation solutions with a focus on abstract frameworks, reusability and scale delivery. He has been working across a range of organizations including financial and automotive, encompassing a broad landscape of cloud/on-prem infrastructure platforms and (big) data technologies with a domain delivery expertise on data integration and data migration. 

From an organization perspective, he is leading the data engineering capability consisting of around 100 colleagues.

Radu Besnea

SAP Tech & Cloud Lead

Radu is a Senior Manager leading the SAP Technology & Cloud capability.  

He has more than 14 years’ experience in the SAP business, leading different technical teams and projects. He supports clients and opportunities from early RFP phases, technical design, engagement models to delivering transformational projects with focus on SAP Technology space. 

Radu has a strong SAP Basis and Development background and is specialized in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield and Greenfield projects. 

Rares Davidoglu

ETP as a Service/Operate Lead

Accomplished senior manager in the Deloitte Technology Delivery Center, acknowledged leader in the SAP Operate area, tech savvy consultant at heart and with a clear mission statement – lead others effectively in shaping the future. 

In 2018, he had the opportunity to switch his career path from highly specialized technical development to service delivery management, practically leading one AMS (Application Managed Services) team of 35 consultants for a large retailer in the DACH space. A highly challenging environment shaped the leader that he is today, currently taking charge of the SAP Operate area, ever expanding his understanding of the client's needs and how talent can balance all these requirements.

Dragos Dimulescu

SAP Data & Analytics Capability Lead & Business Finance Capability Lead

Dragos Dimulescu is a seasoned IT specialist and Delivery Manager with over 18 years of experience, specializing in SAP Analytics solutions.  He is leading the SAP Data & Analytics capability as well as the Finance & Performance capability.

Throughout his career, Dragos has successfully led technical teams and served as a Technical/Solution Architect in various projects. As a Delivery Manager, he has ensured the timely and quality completion of numerous projects. His extensive experience includes active involvement in both implementation and support projects, showcasing his adaptability and problem-solving skills. Dragos continues to be a dedicated and passionate professional, always ready to take on new challenges and lead his teams to success. 

Silvana Helal

ServiceNow Offering Lead & Capability Lead

With over 15 years of hands-on experience, Silvana has had the privilege of building and nurturing dynamic teams, scaling them from the ground up to 100 members, and guiding complex projects to success. Her journey was shaped by global delivery, management consulting, and team leadership, where she mastered the art of navigating market dynamics and driving seamless digital transformations.  

As the ServiceNow Market Offering Lead, Silvana closely collaborates with global delivery network leaders and local teams, driving strategic ServiceNow initiatives. She focuses on implementing scale-up strategies that support business growth and ensure top-notch service delivery.  

As a certified systemic coach, Silvana brings a unique approach to leadership by integrating coaching principles into her work. She believes in empowering her teams through coaching and mentoring, helping them unlock their potential and achieve their goals while fostering a culture of continuous growth and collaboration.  

At the core of Silvana’s approach is a commitment to integrity, excellence, and inclusivity. She is passionate about maintaining a healthy work-life balance, both for herself and her teams, believing that a balanced life fuels creativity and productivity. Florin Iordache

SAP Supply Chain Management Capability Lead & SAP Delivery Capability Lead

Florin is an experienced SAP specialist with 16 years of experience in various areas of business, starting from banking and treasury up to procurement and project delivery. He successfully managed to deliver small to medium/large SAP implementation projects in his delivery lead role using his experience in overseeing all business streams, functional and technical teams as well as integrating various stakeholders and system providers. In his leading role for Supply Chain Management and Delivery teams, he focused on the well-being of all team members as well as on their career growth by coaching and mentoring, as well as acting as a role model. 

Daniela Murgulet

SAP Finance Capability Lead and SAP Sales & Customer Capability Lead 

Daniela Murgulet is an experienced SAP specialist with over 19 years of experience, specialised in SAP Finance transformation. She oversees SAP Finance and SAP Sales & Customer capabilities. She used her past business experience in finance to act as a Solution Architect on numerous large programs, as well as lead large teams such as Finance Lead and Integration Lead. Her experience includes actively participating in roles in implementation projects.

As Capability Lead, her primary goal is to build expert teams so that we can give the best-in-class service to our clients. Daniela is a motivated and passionate professional, constantly willing to take on new tasks and lead her teams to success. 

Alexandra Ene

SAP EWM Practice Lead

Alexandra has been part of the Deloitte Technology Delivery Center since 2017, as one of the first SAP consultants in the team. She began working on SAP implementations with the R3 version and now has over a decade of experience. Over time, she advanced to become the EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) practice lead and a valued member of the Extended Leadership team. Her role not only involves leading expertise within the EWM team, but also expanding business through her network within the Supply Chain team. 

Vlad Naftan

Anaplan Practice Lead 

Vlad is a Manager leading the Anaplan practice almost since the team’s inception, in February 2021. Before this, he switched from an extensive Finance career to work in IT Presales and guide customers in adopting EPM Cloud solutions.  

Through his early career in various Finance roles, he has accumulated experience in Planning, Budgeting and Reporting (EPM area) and obtained an ACCA qualification that he now leverages to better understand customers’ requirements and implement top notch Anaplan solutions for multinational clients in a Hybrid Agile approach. 

He is a certified Anaplan Solution Architect and has proven experience in acting as Technical Lead / Solution Architect on projects of various sizes across several industries (Industrial Manufacturing, FMCG, Public Sector). 

Florin Nica

ServiceNow Practice Lead

Florin brings over 12 years of comprehensive IT experience, specializing in network management, firewall configuration, and infrastructure deployment, alongside more than a decade of expertise in SAP. As a certified SAP Technology Consultant, his focus has been on hyperscale solutions and SAP Cloud products (SAC/SCP). After holding several Architect roles, Florin transitioned to the ServiceNow team, where he successfully expanded the team size and increased engagement with Geography Leaders across the organization.

Cristina Buzoianu

Workday Practice Lead

Cristina has been with Deloitte since 2019 now and has been managing the Workday team since 2022. She has an overall professional history of more than 13 years where she accumulated experience mostly in HR and reporting areas until she found her passion of helping medium to large scale enterprises transform their business through Workday.

Over the last years she has contributed to the success of 7 Workday implementations where she advised clients from Healthcare, Building Materials, Telecommunication and Retail industries in matters related to Security and Data Privacy, Reporting and Analytics and Core functionalities of the system. She became one of the main advisors across Deloitte CE in matters related to Security and Reporting.

Roxana Ciocan

SuccessFactors Practice Lead

Roxana is a Manager at Deloitte Technology Delivery Center, where she has been a valued member since 2017. With over a decade of experience in consulting, she currently serves as the SuccessFactors Practice Lead.  

From the very beginning, she has been a key member of the Human Capital team, actively supporting clients and driving opportunities in HR transformation projects.  

Throughout her career, she has taken on pivotal roles in over 13 global implementations, serving as Technical Lead, Solution Architect, and Project Lead, while continuing to strengthen collaboration between the local center and the global member firms. 

Madalina Epure

Organizational Transformation Practice Lead

Madalina has more than 14 years of professional experience and joined the Deloitte Technology Delivery Center in 2021. She is a dedicated Manager with a strong background in change management, project management and customer experience. She has been one of the Change Management pioneers in our Human Capital team and currently serves as the Organizational Transformation Practice Lead. 

Her experience includes driving complex, transformational implementation projects as consultant and team leader, as well as business process improvement, stakeholder management and communication initiatives across several markets and industries ranging from FMCG, Finance and Technology, HR and Digital Marketing Research.  

Customer & Marketing (C&M)

Georgiana Dorofte

Customer As A Service/Operate Offering Lead

Georgiana has a professional background of roughly 16 years and has joined Deloitte Technology Delivery Center in 2021. Throughout her tenure as an IT professional, she has gained working experience as a business analyst, product owner and service delivery manager and has helped deliver successful projects for clients in various industries such as financial services (banking, fintech, payments, insurance, financial risk management), life sciences and healthcare, automotive and digital media and telecom.  

Having performed in the past as Business Analysis and Product Practice Lead, Georgiana is currently serving as Offering Lead for the Customer As A Service/Operate area within the Customer Portfolio with a focus on building high-performing cross-functional teams which support our clients and stakeholders in delivering successful projects. 

Adrian Trifon

Marketing & Commerce Offering Lead

Adrian joined Deloitte in 2017 coming from a diverse technology and project management background, with over 19 years in leading end-to-end projects across industries and geographies. He has strong expertise in building customer relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering tailored solutions that align with business needs. Proven ability to coordinate complex business system implementations, optimize business-IT processes, and lead teams in matrix environments. Skilled in project management methodologies, vendor-specific frameworks, and Agile methodologies.  

Currently, Adrian leads the Experience Market Offering at Deloitte Technology Delivery Center, which covers frontend, mobile and Ux/UI. In his role, Adrian works closely with Deloitte leaders and local teams to connect the market requirements with the center's delivery capabilities, while continually growing the Experience capability and insuring quality of service delivery.  

Viorel Lutu

Sales & Service Offering Lead

Viorel joined Deloitte in 2017 and is now a Senior Manager at Deloitte Technology Delivery Center. With almost 20 years of experience in client implementations and consultancy, he is now leading Sales & Service Offering. He has proven experience in the Financial Services sector where he demonstrated his well-rounded skill set in diverse roles - including Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead and Delivery Manager. For the last years he focused on scaling up the Salesforce practice and constantly building strong relationships with different stakeholders. Additionally, his involvement in GDN level forums reflects his proactive approach to staying informed about market trends and his dedication to developing essential skills within the team.

Bogdan Stefan

Engineering-as-a-Service / Operate Lead

Bogdan is a seasoned Software Engineering Manager with over 12 years of experience in building and evolving Cloud, Web and Enterprise-scale Applications across diverse industries including Automotive, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing and the Public Sector. His strong Customer focus has consistently driven success in complex, cross-industry landscapes. As of late, Bogdan has passionately contributed to the development of Cloud Managed Services (CMS) offering at Deloitte Technology Delivery Center and the formation of high-performance teams for Cloud Operations Engineering. Additionally, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the direction of Deloitte NSE - Operate as a business, supporting Tony Burton's team as an Enterprise Architect and Digital Transformation Lead. 

Formerly, Bogdan's multi-year engagement involved enabling Nearshore Delivery through Agile Software Delivery methodologies, as part of Deloitte's Software Engineering capability.  

His ability to bridge technical expertise with strategic business insights has made him an invaluable asset to the organizations he serves, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to driving innovation and operational excellence in the Cloud Services domain. 

Alexandra Popa

Systems Delivery and Modernization Offering Lead (SD&M) - Integration and Testing Lead

Alexandra is a Senior Manager at Deloitte Technology Delivery Center in Bucharest, where she leads the Systems Delivery and Modernization Offering. With extensive experience as a Delivery Manager in the information technology and services industry, she is well-versed in product management and Agile/Scrum methodologies. 

Alexandra has proven leadership abilities and excels in customer and people management, significantly impacting both the organization and its clients. She aids clients and capitalizes on opportunities by delivering transformational projects with a team of skilled practitioners. Additionally, she serves as a QA partner and Delivery Senior Manager on clients' business and Program Leadership teams. 

Bogdan Ungureanu

Cloud and Engineering Offering Lead

Bogdan is a Senior Manager with over 20 years of expertise in leading large, distributed teams and overseeing end-to-end project delivery in complex IT environments. Skilled in managing customer relationships, facilitating solutioning workshops, and driving presales activities, while also leading recruitment, team building, and the adoption of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Demonstrated success in guiding projects from presales through to completion, with deep knowledge in IT solutions including Cloud, eCommerce, ERP, Telecom, IoT, and Managed Services. Strong in financial management, people leadership, and strategic planning, with a proven ability to build high-performance teams and deliver exceptional results that exceed customer expectations. 

Bogdan currently leads the Cloud and Engineering Offering at Deloitte Technology Delivery Center, with a focus on Cloud Development, Cloud Engineering, and Cloud Operations. He works closely with Deloitte leaders and local teams to align market needs with the center’s delivery focus.
