Ana Galgoțiu-Săraru

Ana has joined Reff & Associates as Senior Associate after previously working in a reputed national law firm. During her more than 7 years of experience, she mainly specialized in dispute resolution projects and she has also advised clients in data protection, consumer protection and real estate matters. Ana coordinated high profile cases in various types of disputes, including administrative, real-estate, corporate, tax, competition or intellectual property and she represented clients both in front of national and international courts of law and arbitration panels.

Ana holds a Bachelor Degree in Law from Bucharest University and she is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2012.
