She is specialized in HR, with a background in personnel administration and payroll compliance, as well as HR related processes improvement/automation.

Ana was involved in a variety of HR projects such as: set-up of payroll and HR administration outsourcing services, assistance regarding payroll process automation and improvement, advice on payroll and employment taxation issues or with respect to tax and social security contributions compliance. She has also been involved in tax reviews and due dilligence projects, as well as development and implementation of HR automation solutions (e.g., using RPA).
