Ana Vlasceanu

Ana-Maria specializes in employment law and social security law and has accumulated a vast experience, having worked in this area of practice for 7 years.

Ana-Maria has a Ph.D. in Labor Law, awarded by the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in 2014, for the thesis ”The protection of employees’ rights in the event of transfer of undertakings, businesses and parts thereof”. Currently, Ana-Maria holds the position of Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest.

Ana-Maria offers assistance in the field of employment law and social security for companies mainly in the sectors of manufacturing, distribution, construction, real estate, banking, pharmaceutical, in areas covering aspects such as: transfer of undertakings, mobility of workers, development and implementation of employee bonus schemes, non-discrimination, dismissals, organization of working time, collective bargaining etc.
