Catalina has over 10 years of experience leading & delivering IT projects (out of which 2 years in the Agile delivery), with experience in shared services and banking industries. The projects that she has overseen cover topics like: digital customer journeys design & implementation, core-banking transformation & merger, IT & BI architecture assessments, PMO frameworks & way-of-working, CRM implementation, process & project management, process design, business transformation, process optimization. She acted as a leader in various complex projects and has experience with Waterfall, Agile (where she holds a PSMI certification) and Lean Six Sigma methodology (where she holds a Black Belt certification).
