Catalina has over 14 years experience, of which 7 in consulting for the energy industry. She has delivered projects related to SSC design and implementation, Finance transformation, processes redesign & automation, business transformation and many others, for several multinational companies in Romania. Catalina has directly managed the remodeling of the energy distribution area, through SSC feasibility and design, distribution processes redesign and Lean culture implementation, for a major utilities company. She has also led one of the largest transformational projects on the Romanian market, for a major oil and gas company, coordinating a team of over 20 professionals.
