Elton is a Manager within the Financial Advisory of Deloitte Romania with hands-on experience in Whistleblowing Services. Elton has extensive experience with implementing Deloitte applications, such as Conduct Watch (previously known as Halo). He has been a valuable key representative in growing Deloitte Whistleblowing services in Central Europe, since the first introduction of the solution. Being a pioneer of such solution, Elton has an active role in increasing the user experience satisfaction, setting up the new client websites and overall maintenance of the platform.
